Assistant Booth Manager
Profile:
The Infoplace USA®
Customer Service Booth Assistant Manager’s primary role is to ensure that every
customer visiting the Customer Service Booth receives the highest quality
services available.
The assistant manager must be a constant role model for
all employees and have the ability to inspire respect and creativity through
enthusiasm and by maintaining a professional working environment. The assistant
manager must be able to perform all duties of the
Customer Service
Representative and be familiar with all aspects of the
manager’s duties.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with mall management
- Support mall marketing initiatives
- Promote and monitor operating policies
- Provide backup and support to booth manager.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Business management skills (scheduling, cash
management, inventory control and reporting)
- Able to accurately complete and meet paperwork
deadlines
- Ability to lead and inspire others
- Effective coaching ability
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and presence
