Position Profile

Location Manager

Profile:

The Infoplace USA® Customer Service Booth Manager’s primary role is to ensure that every customer visiting the Customer Service Booth receives the highest quality services available.   

 The manager must be a constant role model for all employees and have the ability to inspire respect and creativity through enthusiasm and by maintaining a professional working environment.  The manager must be be knowledgeable as well as perform the required duties of the Customer Service Representative.

 Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with mall management
  • Support mall marketing initiatives
  • Interview and hire staff
  • Evaluate employee performance
  • Set booth and individual performance goals
  • Promote and monitor operating policies

 Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Business management skills (scheduling, cash management, inventory control and reporting)
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word beneficial)
  • Ability to lead and inspire others
  • Effective coaching ability
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Professional appearance and presence
