The Infoplace USA®
Customer Service Booth Manager’s primary role is to ensure that every customer
visiting the Customer Service Booth receives the highest quality services
available.
The manager must be a constant role model for all
employees and have the ability to inspire respect and creativity through
enthusiasm and by maintaining a professional working environment. The
manager must be be knowledgeable as well as perform the required duties of the
Customer Service Representative.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with mall management
- Support mall marketing initiatives
- Interview and hire staff
- Evaluate employee performance
- Set booth and individual performance goals
- Promote and monitor operating policies
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Business management skills (scheduling, cash
management, inventory control and reporting)
- Computer skills (Excel, Word beneficial)
- Ability to lead and inspire others
- Effective coaching ability
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and presence
